The R&D Chemical Dispense Unit provides an economical solution for dispensing chemicals directly to the Fab, featuring fully automated transfer from a single drum to a day tank. It includes an onboard PLC/HMI with adjustable user interface set points and a Levitronix Centrifugal Pump that ensures constant fill levels, safeguarded by overflow and low-level sensors to prevent spills or air contamination.
